Tony gave us materials at his cost & did not make additional profit there. We paid the heating contractor & tile store directly, & this was true for many things. He easily accomodated me as I added to the job, often without charging me extra, such as new closets in the kitchen & bedroom. He brought samples to my home to save me trips to the store. He was perfectionistic about the quality of work. He helped me design & pick colors as we went. Certain themes emerged & the whole house has a flow that I could not have predicted before we started. There is not one thing I would change. I love my house.

The job included a complete remodel of a 3 bedroom 1947 house in great need of updating & repair. They completely gutted & remodeled the kitchen & 3 bathrooms, refinished hardwood floors, new patio cover, concrete work & gazebo for jacuzzi, central heat & air, all new windows, custom cabinets, tile work & granite, all new electric box and wiring, complete restucco & paint for exterior, & complete paint inside including up to 4 colors per room. In short, a competely new house. The painters really prepped, often sanding down to bare wood, the tile work & cabinets are extrordinary, we couldn’t be happier. What ever came up Tony made sure it was taken care of. He was on time & on budget. We interviewed 7 contractors before meeting Tony & signed with him the first day he came over. He was obviously the right guy for us. He took responsibility for everything.
